What is My Size?

Use our sizing chart to determine your correct nail size. If you do not have a tape measure available, simply shop our nail sizing kit. If your measurements do not match our pre-set sizing, select "Custom Sizing" and type in your nail measurements in the text box below on the product page.

Shipping
  • Orders are shipped in the order that it is received.
  • All our sets are handmade and may take a while to make. Please allow 1-7 business days to make your order. We try our best to be as fast as possible. Processing time is not included in shipping time.
  • Items are shipped within 1-5 business days
  • We currently only ship within the U.S

HOW LONG DOES OUR PRESS-ON NAILS LAST?

Our press-on nail sets will last up to 1-2 weeks depending on your lifestyle. With our nail tabs, it is a temporary hold. With the provided nail glue, the nails will last up to 1-2 weeks.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Unfortunately S N W Nails does not accept returns due to the nature of the product. All sales are final!

WHAT IF MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE?

If you received your product and it is damaged/defective please email us at sales@snwnails.com please include your name, order number, and picture of your damaged/defective order. We will be sure to get back to you as soon as possible!

WHAT IF I NEVER RECIEVED MY ITEMS?

S N W Nails is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they leave our facilities. If an item was lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to make sure you file a claim with that shipping carrier. We will assist you with your claim investigation by providing you with the information on your order. You shall be compensated for your lost/stolen package through the shipping carrier.

WHEN WILL I RECIEVE MY ITEMS?

We ship out orders in the order that it is received. Our nail sets are handmade and may take a while to be done. Please allow 1-5 business day to make your nail set. Our processing time is not included in shipping time that you choose at checkout. 

Please note that if you order more than 1 set the processing time will be longer. We try our very best to be quick and ship out orders as fast as possible. 

 

 SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY

Unfortunately we are not responsible for paying for customs. Due to COVID-19 there might be a delay of shipment.

INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS

We are not responsible for any insufficient address that is provided by the consumer. Please make sure that your address is correct when checking out! (Including apartments, suits, P.O. Boxes, etc.)

REFUND POLICY

No refunds or exchanges will be accepted due to the nature of the product. If for any reason your products arrive in a defective or damaged state. Please email snwnails@outlook.com within 24 hours of delivery including your name, order number, and photo of the damaged product as soon as it is received!
